The 1st International Youth Teams Tournament is coming to RealBridge this December—open to all U31 players with no entry fee and packed with flexible play options, awards, and a shot at the 2025 German Bridge Trophy.

Free Entry: Youth Bridge Tournament Goes Global on RealBridge

Join the 1st International Youth Teams Tournament – Dec 20–22, 2024 on RealBridge

The German Bridge Federation (DBV) is hosting the 1st International Youth Teams Tournament, a fully virtual bridge event happening on RealBridge from December 20 to 22, 2024. It’s open to all players under 31 (born on or after January 1, 1994), and there’s no entry fee.

You can register as a team of at least 4 players. There’s flexibility to add more players during the tournament. The format includes 8 fixed sessions (Saturday and Sunday) and up to 26 optional rounds spread across the weekend—including Friday, late nights, and breaks—perfect for teams across different time zones.

Each player can join multiple teams, and there are extra prizes for those playing the most boards, partnering across nations or gender, or with the highest redoubled score. Top teams will qualify for the 2025 German Bridge Trophy, a live event in June.

Teams of 4+ (No limit) players (U31, born 1st January 1994 or later)

No participation fee

The schedule is flexible with fixed sessions on Saturday and Sunday, plus optional sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Every player can play in as many teams as they want

Winning team receives free entry for the German Bridge Trophy 2025 to be held June 6th–9th in Hannover
