Niche Bridge Clubs of the World

By Alex J. Coyne (c) 2017 Great Bridge Links

Almost every town you can think of has a local bridge club – and if not, try the town right next to it. Take a look at this page on Great Bridge Links listing various bridge clubs of the world and where to find them. But what about special interest bridge clubs? Here’s our collection of niche and special-interest bridge clubs – use the comments to let us know of those our research missed.

West London Gay Bridge Club

Check out the official homepage of the West London Gay Bridge Club if you’re an LGBTQ bridge player looking for a card partner. Similarly, you can also check out Quick Tricks Bridge Club (currently, it notes to be the only ACBL sanctioned gay bridge club based in Florida, USA) or the Rainbow Bridge Social Club, based in South Wales.

Women’s Online Bridge Club

Check out Women’s Online Bridge club if you’re looking for women with a shared interest in cards.

Many other Online Bridge Clubs

Andrew Robson’s Children’s Bridge

While this isn’t technically a bridge club, kids can join Andrew Robson Bridge Club for courses aimed at teaching children how to play the game. Of course, there are also courses available for adult players, whether they’re advancing rapidly or just starting out.

Atlanta Junior Bridge Inc.

The Atlanta Junior Bridge club is focused on bringing bridge to younger (but not necessarily less experienced!) players. Keep an eye on the page’s feed for updates on contests, news, upcoming events and more – including print-outs of bridge rules and instructional articles.
